Chad Nichols

My name is Chad, and I started in real estate in 2020 after I retired from the Fire Department. Working as a fireman for 20+ years gave me a great sense of community and helping people. I am married to Angie, and we have one son, Cole.

Joining the real estate industry was a natural choice, because helping people is what I love to do! In the past years, I have helped people navigate buying and selling, talking and meeting with people is one of my favorite parts.
